You might find a few sports stores that sell Ken Griffey posters, but AllPosters tends to have the best selection and the best prices. Plus, they have the most options for framing and mounting the posters (or leaving them unframed -- at some of the online sports stores you can only buy them expensively framed).
If you still can't find the Ken Griffey poster you're looking for, you could ask in the Cincinnati Reds discussion forum if anybody else knows who sells them. By the way, if you're looking to sell a Ken Griffey poster, good old eBay is probably still your best bet. Thanks to eBay's extremely active sports memorabilia auctions, it's easy for anyone to auction off their baseball posters, photos, and other collectibles without a dealer getting in the middle and taking 50%.
