Luis Aparicio Bobbleheads

If you want to buy a Luis Aparicio bobblehead doll, the first place I'd recommend is the MLB Shop -- the official online store of Major League Baseball. Their prices are competitive, so why not go direct to the source?

If MLB doesn't have a bobblehead for him (sometimes their stock is limited) or if you're more interested in antique, vintage, or more collectible bobbleheads (they've been making "bobble-head," "bobbin head," "bobbling head," and "nodder" sports dolls for many decades!) check eBay. To make it easy for you, here are live bobblehead auctions going on right now:

If there are no listings above, it could be a bug in the program. It could also be that nobody's selling his bobbleheads right now. But there's usually an amazing selection of dolls being sold on eBay: limited editions (LE) from 2001, 2002, and 2003, team sets, minis, Minor League dolls, Hall of Fame (HOF), World Series (WS), MVP, All Stars, Cooperstown, Headliners, Upper Deck, rare and common dolls, stadium giveaway bobbles from games (SGA or SGB) from Pepsi and others, with and without original box or packaging, plastic and ceramic, etc.

baseball bobbleheads If you don't see what you want above, you may want to click over to eBay and search for his name, and/or number 11, and/or for the White Sox. If you still can't find the Luis Aparicio bobble head you're looking for, you could ask in the Chicago White Sox discussion forum if anybody is selling.

By the way, if you're a bobblehead doll collector, you may want a guide book. Dan Zachofsky's Handbook for Collecting Baseball Memorabilia is a good source for information on all sorts of baseball collectibles and their values, especially if you're new to the hobby. There's also a guidebook by Tim Hunter called Bobbing Head Dolls: 1960-2000 with market prices.

If you want to sell a Luis Aparicio bobblehead, eBay is still your best bet. A dealer will only give you about 50% of a doll's value. Thanks to eBay's extremely active baseball auctions, it's easy for anyone to auction off single bobbleheads or entire memorabilia collections for their market value. Click here for eBay, or eBay UK or eBay Canada, if that's where you're located. It's easy, quick, and free to register as a seller.

Sincerely,

Chris Whitten
